By accessing and using PhotoClean.online ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Subscription

To unlock high-definition background removal and batch features, you can sign up for our subscription plans (starting at ₹199/month). All paid plans operate on a monthly recurring cycle. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time with one click directly from your dashboard settings. There are no contract terms or early cancellation fees.

3. Fair Usage & Commercial Use

All transparent images generated on our premium plans are fully licensed for commercial use on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, social media, and offline print advertising. You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or copyright-violating images. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying abusive scraping patterns.

💰 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service! That is why we offer a clear, transparent, and hassle-free refund policy:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the background removal quality, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have processed fewer than 20 images on your plan.
  • No Automatic Re-bills on UPI: For Indian sellers paying via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), we do not set up hidden auto-debit payments without your explicit setting preference. You only pay when you choose to renew.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, simply email us at support@photoclean.online. Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original source of payment (bank account, card, or UPI ID) within 5 to 7 business working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Under no circumstances will PhotoClean.online or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
